One that has loooooooong outlives its original purpose is: A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, but I don't hear people wanting to repeal it.
I suppose by that logic ..being that America is home to far more diverse cultures, religions, ethnicities, etc. than any other place....the "groups group" theory is long over due.

BTW, the Hmongs are the most isolated people you will ever see in America. Although one of my best friends in HS was Hmong, his family and that whole community over here is incredibly isolated/segregated. More power to 'em if that's what they want.
