lol I finally fell for the "save $5 by risking forgetting to unsub" and managed to let it charge me again. So in the wake of getting 2 updates for $25, I'm apparently $50 in for a double serving during the slump.

Shoot me.

Retired or no, she's still one of the only naked girls on the net that matter... but man, this is more expensive of time and money than I ever would have imagined.

Tons of girls I can name that are active NOW and are putting out the SAME content essentially. Kylie Cole is an emerging hotty as is Hayden Ryan. There's also Danni Dawn who gives a few extra slips and of course Brooke Marks (she's very part-time active nowadays, but am thinking/hoping there will be a zipset soon). Also Fame Girls has Audrey (nudity) and there's mostly the entire Honey Cream staff (all teasing...check out Tiffany there).

Money could be spent on those active artists as opposed to the 2-3 updates/month where there's extremely little "new" content @ Kari. Kari is definitely still worth it if you rejoin every 6-8 months and get everything. Other than that it's just not worth it for someone with only a little extra income. Just my 2 cents

Sadly Brooke is about it, and like you said she's been pretty part time. We're pretty much just all in this boat until Phad finally shoots a hole in and sinks it so he doesn't have to hear us complain anymore. >_>

Or he magically discovers a power within himself to not deliver less and less goods each month, haha. I know which one I'd choose, but I get that it may just be in the Model Shoot God's hands who incessantly makes Phad's model appointments late and websites need updating.

The poll is NOT intended to send "request /demand" messages to Phad! This is just a poll to see what Kari fans in the post-retirement era are interested in now. The more obvious, fantasy-world options like sex or full nudity were not offered.

I posted the poll after realizing my own interests have changed. When Phad started this, I was ga-ga to see slips. But I've seen a few posted around, and was amazed at how quickly my interest in that faded. To my surprise, I'd rather spend money on "never released" Kari sets & videos than on slips found among familiar materials. Probably that's a minority position, but as everybody knows, it takes all kinds.

So please give your opinion, and if that thread becomes the place to post discontent, it'll only make this thread more enjoyable.

Here's my opinion - I could give a flying fudge bucket what "set" gets posted. Show her boobs, with nipples exposed, together - both of them - and I'll send you some money. Could that be simpler? I think "no."

I mean, when I pay for my playboy subscription, I know that there won't be a new magazine every month, that's crazy!
Whenever the publisher feels like it, I get one duh. I'll just keep paying, and hope I'll get 12 playmates this year.. Or 6, or 8 or whatever the publisher feels like giving me.

The webmaster is dedicated...to making money. He only has a set amount of "ultimate collection" material so he has a better chance of prolonging income by lengthening the amount of time between updates. It's simply business really. Phad may or may not disagree, but it's simple really. Actions speak louder than words and the fact of the matter is updates are spaced out too far to make membership worthwhile. I've seen a few updates I am interested in, but I always resist temptation and wait a bit...thinking, "hey, let's see how many other updates are coming soon". Then it ends up being like 15-20 days between an update and whatever interest I had in the good remaster is lost because I'm pissed at the ridiculous periods.

As many have suggested. This site is perfect for binge-joining. Join when you have time for 28 days then cancel. Do this every 4-6 months. You get your money's worth that way.

The saddest thing is Phad does the work for Brooke Marks now too...and she's not even retired...but it still takes forever for updates there :suicide: That's the one I'm really disappointed about. The Kari stuff is great and all, but she's long, long gone. Brooke is still here, for now, and likely doesn't have much longer in the business. Would love a few more quality shoots before she exits out for good

im sure if there were more communication between phad and those who has subs this wouldn't be as bad as it is. phad was good at first when he was active here in the forum. hell i remember felix asking if the members wanted a board or live chat section to the new site before he updated it to what it is now (which everyone wanted). im sure people wouldn't be so pissed if we just knew what was going on. and twitter is not good enough sry.

Because it's a business move doesn't make it acceptable. Phad the Procrastinator is the same as Felix Fucknuts. Phad can charge whatever he wants to charge, and update whenever he wants to. It's up to us to show him that we don't want it, by NOT SUBSCRIBING. When all of his income has dried up because we won't pay for inconsistent updates, then it'll change.

That's why I haven't renewed and won't. So, if subscribers want things to change, put your money where your mouth is. Bitching on this forum is falling on deaf ears. I regret even subscribing to this thread, it's always such a letdown.
