I thought you said you weren't planning to do her whole site, especially since that means with the current rate, we'd be going for 679487634 years(something like 8 years was said earlier, right?)
So I was just kinda extrapolating it from there. You not planning to change the model or keeping it going forever but instead maybe something shorter, 3 years, and not all the content is about all I was working with. Maybe 15% wasn't fair, shoulda been 25% or so if I estimated better. Glad to hear it's looking better than that from your end.

And yeah, we do get the effort that's involved and how much you've got on your plate, I don't think anyone's been questioning that lately.
Really, the only thing I'm stirring about is a veto power for you in case of hard weeks for us. It still just seems like there's enough content that if you veto'd one every 2 or 3 weeks you wouldn't lose anything, and we'd gain a mile. You don't think so?

no matter what you do Phad...there will always be that one or group of people who aren't satisfied. It's simple, if you aren't happy with the content...don't join. I'm sure 1 membership vs many won't matter. The best part is, you can pull the plug on this entire project when you want and these unhappy, ungrateful "members" will continue to cry about it. Don't get it twisted, I'm not defending Phad...just know realistically, he may not of been in control of what content has been recorded but he's in total control of what releases and what does not and can drop everything when he feels like it.

I really do try not to cut anything. With certain lighting, especially coming from underneath, even a perfect ass like Kari's instantly changes if the muscles under the buttcheeks are flexed completely, and "pinch". It's too unflattering, I just can't leave those frames in, I just can't No one would do it on purpose if they were looking at their own ass

Okay I hear what you're saying, but take this situation for example. This Green Bikini gallery is one of the sets where the outfit doesn't budge at all. I remember it from making the preview thumbnails for the new members area; I wasn't sure what example photos to use that showed a progression of the set, because it's very static.

There's one member who wants to see it remastered. And I tried to gently remind him that she doesn't strip in that set, and I said are you sure that's your pick? And he said yes, because he wants it in higher quality. *shrug*

His request is valid too, don't you think? When a gallery wins and I scan through it to start editing, sometimes I do think, "oof, not much that people are going to be crazy about in this." But if I just said that and didn't show it, some people wouldn't believe me. And plus what I personally like isn't really the point, right? Everyone has their own reasons for requests, and since I'm letting the crowd decide what set is next instead of picking my own favorites, then I just need to get out of the way.

This gallery would probably piss you off as a waste of a week, and some other people here, but that's just my guess. When it wins the week, I have to bite my lip and do it, but I'll be clear about what's in it when I post the description.

lol yea im kidding, but my point is that in her later years kari was thick. Some men see this as fat, but I like a little fat and I'm not scared of some cellulite. Don't get me wrong I'm not into obese women, but I just want to make sure your not hiding the thickness because it's unappealing to you, it may very well be appealing to others. Just wanted to add my two cents in there as well...

First off i love the fact that all these old blurry videos have been getting remastered to HD. Even if some videos aren't filled with any "win", I am hoping that all of them end up getting remastered because there are several videos, like the "Back it Up" video for example, that i would love to see get remastered, even thought i doubt there is even any new content in the video itself. Like someone said earlier, they can't all be winners. We should all be happy that these videos are even getting remastered at all, especially the ones with previously unreleased content...

Now I can't afford to stay a permanent member of the site, but i have signed up on two separate occasions since Phad took over (When the Delicious video dropped, and again with the Red Scarf), and both times I feel that I got my money's worth. I'm sure I'm not alone by saying that I am checking this site on the reg and anytime a new video gets released that looks like it has some nice win (especially anything new with her tits), than Phad will be getting another $25 from me, and so on and so forth. So I do believe it's in Phad's best interest to release videos with new win's in them because it's money in his pockets. That being said, there has to be some serious win the that fabled hard drive (like a full on titty flash or something to that extent). Like that Laundry video for example, there has to be a bunch of slips in that one, right?? I just hope Phad isn't holding on to some of the best stuff for a later release date say a year or two from now. If you have some gold Phad, please release it soon, because I'm only signing up when i know I'm going to get my $25 worth.

That being said, keep up the good work Phad, and i hope to see a serious win here in the next few months or so.
