Very true, Bush may have been a dumbass, but Cheney was and still is a fucking asshole. I think that Bush was okay at times.. When he was not talking.
I'd say it's a tie between Andrew Jackson, Richard Nixon and George W. Bush as being the worst presidents ever in the history of the U.S.

Bush was the best president ever to laugh at. He was always making a fool of himself. But as far as worst ever? that's a tough one. We've had some pretty bad presidents. I guess about the only way he could've taken the cake is if he got impeached. I know one thing, he definitely won't go down as one of the greats.
According to this source http://politics.usnews.com/news/history/features/the-10-worst-presidents that is a fallacious statement. I didn't particularly like him, but he was definitely NOT the worst. Obama, by the end of his one-term presidency, could possibly go down as one of the worst, however. :1orglaugh
