Half your tech has been developed in partnership with european companies meaning others have your shit too. You only have to look at a stealth bomber to determine that the materials, paint and shape are important. The Russians don't even have a viable UAV for crying out loud. Russians/Chinese are still behind us militarily. If anything we've surged far ahead of both even further for the simple reason that we've been able to tweak strategies, equipment, etc since we've been at war for ten years. Hell even Denmark has more battlefield experience than Russia and China combined.

As for stealth technology you didn't even understand my point, I was saying they likely have stealth capable fighters or something else like a fucking boat that one of them Scandinavian countries have. Finland I do believe.
