so has anyone heard T.I's new album Paper Trail? Im feeling it. Its good to see him bounce back after beating that case. In one week he sold over 500,000 copies!

Nah, I don't rhyme but I do appreciate the ones that do. It does take skill to put some rhymes together to a beat and actually make sense no matter what the detractors say. I like all forms of music but I do find it funny sometimes when someone says that they hate rap/hip-hop music because they just talk over a beat and then in the same breath they say that they love metal music. I love metal music as well but I could make the same argument that metal music is just screaming over noise.

yea i guess you seen that rap sucks thread. i dont care if ppl dont like it but why hate it? i personally do not hate any genre of music.

anyways i take pride in everything i write so lm confident in my ability. did you see my video on my page? that was a freestyle

I haven't heard T.I's new album, but I like a little of everything. Nothing wrong with some good hiphop/rap. Not all rap is crap So you do the whole rap thing? Can I see your myspace :tongue:

I wouldnt go as far as saying that rap sucks, but i can say that i dont like it as much as i like other geres of music such as metal, punk, rock and pop

i do have some rap in my music collection but it only equal about 10-15%

This is probably true, Ugly Duckling are great, kickin' it old skool! & Edan is good too Beauty & The Beat is a great album :nanner:

yea I like Em cuz of his versatility. his 1st single is always off the wall but his albums are super lyrical without the use of the term *****.
