I have executive powers over guns...

Keep it up and someday there'll be a president who wants to use his executive power to put further restrictions on abortion.

Then watch the outcry on the left.

Fuck you all. No seriously, fuck .. you .. all.

Mr. Daystar

In a bell tower, watching you through cross hairs.
So, Biden 17 VS Alex Jones 17, you would vote for Alex Jones ?

I would vote for Glenn Beck before I voted for that socialist threat to freedom, and the American way. But maybe you'll get lucky, and he'll move to france...you can elect him.

I can't say I understand how his Constitutional right as the President, allows him to right executive orders that clearly are an attempt to usurp the Amendments, but the fact is, this guy has an agenda, he's unable to see he's clearly violating the law, because his degree is in Constitutional law, so he feels he's able to finagle and manipulate it to his needs, but the fact is, gun sales, and ammo sales are skyrocketing, and proving him to be VERY, VERY wrong. I think a great man y people, and organizations will file suite, and as long as the next president isn't biden, it just might get undone. In fact, all a potential candidate has to do, is promise to undo his bullshit, and I'll vote for him. This fight is going to get ugly, not as many American's want this, as did the week after, and they haven't proved a semi automatic rifle was even used in this shooting. We had a gun show nearby this weekend, record attendance, and almost a complete sellout.

Banning assault rifles and high capacity magazines isn't a violation of the constitution. There are already restrictions on types of firearms.

Obama, Biden, and Johan..listen up. 4 minute video by REALITY CHECK.

I'll think about it, and may sign on to it. But you need to pay attention to me now. Form letters are the next best thing to useless and have been for decades. And I don't imagine they've gotten any better with the internet age. There's no harm in signing on to them, but don't think that they accomplish that much. The best way(s) to make your voice heard in any political issue is to write your own letters, emails, voice-mails, etc. Make them friendly, constructive, sincere, non-threatening, no ultimatums, no cockiness. And in this age of emails, hand signed snail mail may be even more effective than pre-95. If you write it, buy a stamp for it, and mail it, it shows that you are serious. You can write just one and mail the copies to each of your reps, but do it yourself and encourage your friends to do the same. Actual correspondence that says the same thing, but does so individually is actually a very effective tactic.

That's my question. What, and where. California I know about, Washington D.C. I know about. But those are State laws, and I'm not aware of anywhere else, or anything Federal. Please elaborate.

I agree. Thanks!

Sound familiar?

Victims of Nazi Persecution

The Nazis intended to create a society which valued everyone being the same and hated anyone who did not conform to their idea of a true Aryan.

Singling out Jews for complete annihilation in the Holocaust was not the full extent of Nazi hatred. Anyone who did not fit their narrow idea of who was ‘normal’ was targeted for persecution and discrimination across Nazi-occupied Europe.

Now, with the replaced words.

Victims of Obama's Firearm Persecution

The Obama Regime intended to create a society which valued everyone being the same and hated anyone who did not conform to their idea of a true Muslim.

Singling out Gun Owners for complete annihilation in the Executive Orders was not the full extent of Obama's hatred. Anyone who did not fit their narrow idea of who was ‘normal’ was targeted for persecution and discrimination across The Obama-Occupied United States.

Your analogy falls apart because Obama won a national election, Hitler invaded other countries. This isn't helpful rhetoric.

Perhaps he won. It is highly skeptical. Regardless, Obama isn't an American. He shouldn't be president. Why does he not divulge his school records? Do you ever hear him talk about his friends from his school days?

So, according to the constitution, he's within his rights, as President, to do exactly this.

What's your objection? You don't like this part of the Constitution, so it should be disallowed so that you're able to keep your guns? Is that it? That's a pretty poor interpretation of the Constitution, Will.

Actually Dirk, he (Obama) is not within his rights. Sure, if Congress is for some reason unable to come together on a Bill, then yeah, Obama can bypass Congress. However... the chain of events must take place before he can act like he is a King.

And, the point being... he knows Congress will not pass the laws he wants concerning guns. He "thinks" he can bypass Congress without even letting them debate and vote on a bill.

Simply put, The Constitution was written for that specific reason so that Obama (and ANY president) couldn't act as a King and make laws.

Again, rhetoric that isn't helpful.

Of course he won, there's nothing about it that's skeptical, he was born in Hawaii and has as much right to be president as you or I. I don't know why he doesn't divulge his school records. Maybe he was a C student, like George W. Bush. At what point do you dismiss the paranoid conspiracy theories?

Machine guns are legal to own.

I didn't say they were banned, merely that they have restrictions.
