Twenty-five years from that day, the Austin SWAT team is summoned on an emergency call to the Tower at The Univeristy Of Texas where Lil' Johnny has gone completely fucking nuts and is shooting people from the top floor (just like Charles Whitman).

I was actually referencing Charles Whitman, the former United States Marine Lance Corporal who upon stabbing his mother and wife to death, then barricaded himself in the University of Texas Tower in Austin, Texas on 01 August 66 and shot at University of Texas students, killing ten civilians.

It was later found out during his autopsy that he had a malignant brain tumor to which neuropathologists attribute his rage and violence. Large quantities of amphetamines were also found in his bloostream as well, thereby serving to enhance and contribute to his disorder.

It was about a guy who dressed up in a Santa outfit and killed someone.
