I like vampires if they are done the right way. The stupid Twlight emo thing sucks ass. Zombies I think are pretty much done though.

lovin the vampire thing... and the different variations currently available on TV, the movies and in books. Thoroughly enjoyed New Moon and I cant get enough of True Blood. I have all of Anne Rice'S books.

Zombies can be fun.

However, with vampires, they are still entertaining. I just want to know when vampires went from being bad asses to a bunch of wussies worried about love in high school?

I mean, I think of John Carpenter's Vampires film and I watch Twilight. What the hell? I blame Anne Rice and The CW programming!

I know, I know. Anne Rice is the vampire author and all that sort. I enjoyed Blood and Gold. She started the whole pacifist vampire thing.

The CW just gave them whiny teenage emotions that generations under me carry around as their core in life!

Normally, I like vampires, werewolves, zombies, etc. But this Twilight crap is annoying as hell. It's all for the millions of teenage girls who eat that shit up. Almost looks like the Backstreet Boys became vampires and Nsync became werewolves. No thanks. Give me Bela Lugosi and Boris Karloff anytime.

I liked Queen of the Damned, that was an Anne Rice book and a great movie.

I think vampires kinda need a reboot like zombies did with 28 Days Later

The latest vampire stuff kind of did that but in reverse, they made vampires pussies how they won't attack humans and just drink clamato juice instead

It's not necessarily overdone, it's just that it's caught on as a recent fad like remaking old movies. I think that as soon as the next fad catches on we won't even notice vampires or zombies anymore.

Zombie movies have never been "cool", there's just a bunch of them and only a few are popular.

I like vampire movies, but not the twiilight-type of vampire... Which is the total opposite of what a vampire should be.

Twilight has ruined vampires. Hopefully if The Wolfman is successful they might try to make a strong horror remake of Dracula; not that fucking wierd Coppola version from the nineties. Vampires aren't faggy teenagers (and werewolves aren't Mexicans who cannot act, at that), and people need to be reminded of that.

Zombies, on the other hand, will never get old. Everyone both loves and are afraid of zombies.

Here Zombie, Zombie, Zombie...
No, on both, but I could give a steaming pile for that Twilight garbage.

Yep you can't beat Bela Lugosi.

what the fuck you lookin at?
fuck em both. If a movie is about vampires or zombies, I avoid it like the plague. Guaranteed to bore me to death.

I cant wait for the zombie love story that will be guaranteed to come out due to the success of the massive crap that is twilight. God fucking dammit, I want death, fear and destruction when it comes to vampires and zombies and werewolves. Thank you very much twilgiht lady for the whorification of vampire who were once cool but now posters in a prepubescent girls room along with her bratz dolls and my little pony collection.

Historically speaking, a vampire has almost always been depicted as a very erotic and sophisticated, but also very dangerous and deadly creature. Even though vampires today are depicted differently and are thus less appealing, I do believe the original concept still has some possibilities that could be exploited.

Zombies have always been mindless beings and unless they are the servants of some evil mastermind, I don't really see the logic of putting them in a movie or story.

Given their immortality, this series of films could run and run...

I don’t think I will ever get bored of Zombies.
Vampires can be cool (True blood):yesyes: But not when they are aimed at teenage girls. (Twilight):nono:
