Not a big fan of nose piercings. I hate noserings. A nose stud/gem is ok but it doesn't do anything for me. Not much for nipple rings/piercings either. I love her nipples, accessories just get in the way. Actually, the only piercings that do anything for me are tongue and clit. Especially tongue. But it is by no means a 'must'.
