George Zimmerman charged with 2nd degree murder

Why should they conform to a society and system that is full of hypocrites?

Me too. I'm a 1%er. :D I am against the same corruption they are against. Corrupt police, politicians, judges, and so on.

If the law doesn't apply to them then they do not apply to me. :hatsoff:

The law applies to all of us, Will. Just because not everyone who commits a crime gets caught, or pulls time, that does not mean that you are entitled to also commit crimes, nor should you think that means the law doesn't apply to you.

Murder, drug trafficking, human trafficking, gun running, boot legging, racketeering- do you do those things? The Hells Angels do, and if you buy their arguments that they're, "just fighting corruption", you're an idiot. Criminals have no place in society, wherever they come from, and if you support them, neither do you.

Right! Like many younger people, Will (somehow) has this notion that the Angels, Pagans and others are "free spirited rebels... just standing up against the man".

But both he and Georges need to ask themselves how a guy who has never held a steady job, and has no (legitimate) current employment, could afford to pay cash for a $15K+ motorcycle. And if he didn't pay for it, he probably took it from some dizzy, wannabe tough-guy biker dude, wearing leather pants and a bandana, after they cut his balls off and threw his silly ass in a ditch. In addition to all those guns he has, I suggest that our pal Sammy get really good insurance on his scooter. I'd put money on some of the "old ladies" that ride with OMG's being able to whip Sammy and take his "hog".

The ones that were run out of this county were dealing meth and running a make-shift brothel. They got caught because one of the girls was 15 and someone had the decency to call the police. She was a runaway that they'd picked up in another state. So there's your anti-corruption, spirited rebels... "jest good ol' boys... never meanin' no harm." The last time this topic came up (last year?), Georges still held these gutter rats in admiration. So I too would like to hear what changed his mind. Not trying to be offensive, but I believe Georges has visited the U.S. a couple of times. And like a Japanese pal of mine from years ago, he also seems to think that just from that experience, he has a good handle on the United States and the culture(s) here. My pal had the same (mistaken) romantic notions of what it's like here. But like I told him, (especially as a Frenchman), screw around with people that you've only read about in magazines or on the internet, and it's not all that hard to wind up in the ER... or worse. Years ago, those guys that wanted to be Angels, based on the romantic notions they had about them, got thanked for their troubles by getting their bikes taken... after being shot in the back of the head and buried in shallow graves in the desert.

I think you talk out of your ass every time you speak. Seems I'm just about the only person in here who has shown pictures of where I live, some of my belongings, and pictures of myself. Yet you are the moron, as you hide behind your lame avi, and make accusations about me.

Do you ride? I do. And, the title is free and clear. I've owned it for nine years.

Do you shoot? I do. I've been shooting for years.

Do you own your own home free and clear? I do.

Why the paranoia, tough guy? When in truth, hiding is all you are good at.

Everyone in here who talks shit about me, really knows nothing about me. Except that I am a conservative, I drive a 1954 Dodge truck, ride a chopper, and I practice my Second Amendment Rights openly and freely.

And now, you post above as if you are some kind of know-it-all when it comes to bikers.

Pathetic!

Judge in George Zimmerman case offers to recuse herself

A Florida judge on Friday offered to recuse herself from the George Zimmerman case in a surprise hearing because of her husband's ties to a CNN legal analyst and commentator.

The Orlando Sentinel reports that Judge Jessica Recksiedler disclosed that her husband works for the law firm of Mark NeJame, a prominent Orlando attorney, in the five-minute hearing Friday afternoon. In addition to working for his law firm, NeJame has been sounding off on the Zimmerman case for CNN. It's unclear if either attorney will take Recksiedler up on her offer and ask her to step aside.
NeJame said on CNN Friday that Recksiedler wants to avoid "the appearance of impropriety" with this disclosure.

Zimmerman has spent two nights in jail on charges of second-degree murder, and will ask for bond in a hearing on April 20. He's charged with second-degree murder in the Feb. 26 shooting of unarmed black teenager Trayvon Martin. Zimmerman says he shot Martin in self-defense.

You already told me the story of these two people who painted hells angels logo on their bikes when they weren't ones and who killed after. The 1% outlaw motorcycles gangs are not the prettiest thing. What made me change my mind was a murder case concerning a waitress in Nevada slaughtered for nothing by Paul Merle Eisheid a Hells Angels in 2002, Eisheid was arrested some months ago. I have met some of the HAs in NY and in Munich back in 1999 and 2001, I was mainly talking about bikes and keeping my interest in HD motorcycles but never ever stuck my nose in their business. I can't say that I have a very good handle on everything but I am very very careful and always using preemptive thinking for not getting hurt or getting caught in crossfire especially when being in relationship with more or less not so recommandable people. Trust me I am not that naive, I am always watching behind my back and I am always leery about things or people which sound suspicious .

I think you talk out of your ass every time you speak.

Now, let me get this straight. The guy who whined about the GM prepackaged Chapter 11 bankruptcy, who didn't know or understand what debtor-in-possession financing was (or what role it played in making Chapter 11 vs Chapter 7 possible), and yet still wanted to argue with me about it... he is the one who is saying that I talk out of my ass? That is rather amazing.

Sammy, if I could buy you for what you're (actually) worth and sell you for what you think you're worth, I could call Rosenthal Jaguar today and order a new XKR-S. I'd take that deal over a free 100 shares of Apple.

Seems I'm just about the only person in here who has shown pictures of where I live, some of my belongings, and pictures of myself.

Yes, but what you don't seem to realize is that no one here gives two farts about what you look like. You appear to be a scraggly 50-something male. You expect us to drool over you, or pay you some sort of compliment? After posting your photos, have any of the OCSM's PM'ed you to beg you for a secret No Tell Motel meeting at their expense? I mean, I know you're simple, but are you really that thick?! We care what Gisele looks like. We care what Jinxy looks like. We care what various other girls look like. Sam... newsflash: like myself, most of the people here are guys who like to look at girls. Now, perhaps you're into some sort of alternative lifestyle (obligatory Seinfeld: "not that there's anything wrong with that"). But (talking out of my ass again), I don't think even a (desperate) homosexual male would give a shit about what you look like. You probably know more desperate homosexual males than I do, so feel free to tell me how wrong I am. :)

Do you ride? I do. And, the title is free and clear. I've owned it for nine years.

Not anymore. I had a Harley Sportster for short time in high school. I sold it to help pay for a Roadrunner. I like nice Harleys though. But it's not something I have plans to buy. I'm more of a car guy now. And look at that, yours is free & clear. Wow! That's right up there with dating a super model!

Do you shoot? I do. I've been shooting for years.

Yes, I do. My father taught me to shoot when I was 6 or 7 - started with a .410 shotgun and proved I had enough ass to not get kicked down by his 12 gauge magnum. My uncle (ex military) gave me detailed shooting and safety instructions with pistols, rifles and shotguns when I was about 9. Pardon me, but exactly what does this touching bit of commonality between us prove? We are nothing alike. I assume we're both happy about that... I know I am.

Do you own your own home free and clear? I do.

You really are an odd duck, aren't you? I own some real estate free & clear. And I have mortgages on other real estate. I helped finance one duplex with zero coupon bonds - that was interesting. But my (real estate) finances are arranged the way they are for tax purposes and based on what generates the highest IRR. Once the depreciation runs out on a building or house, typically I will sell it (sometimes carrying back a mortgage or short term note) or do a 1031 Exchange. But, I'm sure a financial expert, such as yourself, already knows all about that. Sammy, you're not seriously going to challenge me to some sort of school yard pissing contest on which of us knows more about finance or has a higher net worth, are you? It would be like a one legged dwarf challenging Lebron James to a dunking contest. And once you lose that one, what's next for us? Are you going to tell me that your dad can beat up my dad? Brag that you can touch the tip of your nose with your tongue, but I can't? Insist that you can insert your entire fist up your ass, but I can't??? No one here gives a shit about which of us has more money, more houses, more cars, more guns or anything else. Get it?! Got it?! Good! Years ago, there was a saying about guys on the internet: every dude is a body building millionaire with a Ferrari and a 10 inch cock. OK, so you have a Harley (paid for! :nanner:) instead of a Ferrari. But we're taking bets on when you'll start claiming to be hung like John Holmes. I picked the first day of summer... don't let me down!

Sammy. Sammy. Sammy. I think I maybe understand why you feel the need to tell us (over & over & over & over -> infinity) about where you live, that your house is paid for, that you have a Harley that's paid for, that you're debt free, that you have lots of guns, that X and that Y. My guess is you're insecure and you're crying out to try to convince us of your value... to convince us that you're not just some half-wit bum. But so that I'm not accused of talking out of my ass, I'm saying up front that that is simply my guess - I'm not a head shrinker, so I don't know (don't really care either). But I think it's probably not far from the mark. The trouble is, you could have a net worth ten times that of anyone on this board, and just because of your (demonstrated) lack of character on here, more than a few would still see you as the bum you are.

Why the paranoia, tough guy? When in truth, hiding is all you are good at.

You give a detailed account of how you stand around practicing your quick draw and shaking like a plump rabbit in a den of wolves when you go into a convenience store... and you think I'm the paranoid one? Really? Seriously? Son, you gotta know, that dog don't hunt! I don't share my real identity here because it could cause me serious career difficulties. But on other (non porn or professional) boards, I use my real name. I've met quite a few of the people I've met on racing and professional boards over the years. I'm actually a fairly nice guy, Sammy. But on message boards and in real life, I will call an asshole out for what he is in a heartbeat.

Everyone in here who talks shit about me, really knows nothing about me. Except that I am a conservative, I drive a 1954 Dodge truck, ride a chopper, and I practice my Second Amendment Rights openly and freely.

So says you. Yet more than a few of the people on here, who self-identify as "conservative", ride you like a rented government mule too. You think you're given a hard time because of your political views. No, you're given a hard time because you're a size 17 pair of clown shoes.

And now, you post above as if you are some kind of know-it-all when it comes to bikers.

Untrue, untrue, my scraggly faced, little friend. I was posting about pussy wannabe bikers - not all bikers. I have nothing against people who ride bikes of all sorts. I know a lot of people who ride, but I don't hang around with poseurs who ride bikes, race cars, shoot guns or try to be playboys.

Bikers are not gangs. I saw the same show you did, more than likely.

Gangland, a lot of lies on that show.

Not all of us get our info from television, some of us actually grew up around this stuff. As far as bikers not being gangs go, I never said bikers were gangs or gang members. It just happens that the biker groups that I mentioned are gangs. Just for further clarification, gangs are not illegal or criminal. It's what those gangs do that constitutes criminality.

Weren't you the one claiming that you knew some hardcore gangstas??? Hypocrisy? But you are the one who is hypocrite here. So before blaming everything on some people , look at your own side about how you have been educated and which crowd you use to hang with. Maybe after that we will have a talk.

You are correct

Zolf did say this

At the same time Zolf never got high off on his own self rigthouesness neither.

And that friend is what made you a hypocrite

I didn't condone anything they did nor wear any of their colors or anything affiliated with them

Cant say the same for you tho since you were wavin that Hells Angels avatar around like a boy scout with a new merrit badge.

Don't you know that it is childish, and a sign of Asperger Syndrome when you constantly talk in the Third Person?

Hmmmmm

Childish eh?

In the words of the immortal Bart Simpson

I think the verdict will be case of stand your ground or self defense, good luck for proving that it was a second degree murder. If he is considered as innocent, you will have the same shit than during the Oj Simpson or Rodney King cases perhaps worse.

You ask too much from the ghetto crowd. They can't look for themselves and always need to blame a good old whitey for their misery. Guess which cops looted the most after Catherina 's catastrophe? I don't think I need to make a picture of who are the guilty. As I said in another thread, till you won't have an ironfist law enforcement that won't get rid of gangs permanently as well as everyone who helps and glorifies them, you will have this shit continuing. Placing a bounty or dead or alive reward for killing gang members is a necessity, because the ghetto mob mentality has made too many innocents deaths so far till this day.
ur a fucking retard

Says the Retard who can't spell the word "You're", correctly.

Says the dumbass who capitalizes an informal noun in the middle of a sentence.

I don't see what the big deal is yet. Isn't the whole point of the justice system to have a trial, lay out the facts, and come to a decision of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, or lacking it, innocence? Oh no, a trial! What, and OJ shouldn't have had one either? I am still not convinced either way of Zimmerman's guilt, but I think the trial is the way to go, and the prosecutor had the right to press what charges she felt the evidence pointed toward. If she really thought this was a weak case, she'd have (as many expected) charged with a lesser crime, if one really believes she pressed charges to curry public favor or bow to pressure despite the evidence not being there, then that means she's incompetent and begging for a trial embarrassment later when the state loses the case. Alternatively, if one claims the trial can't be fair because of the heavy and oft-biased coverage, (1) clearly you don't know how juror selection works, the defense will have ample opportunity to clear as much bias (or gain favorable bias) in the process, and (2) take a look at polls on the subject, the public's actually more polarized on the issue than one would think, meaning a jury could be reasonably expected to be fair after selection.

Ultimtely, this is noncontroversial, it's how the system is supposed to work and we need to wait for more developments, not cry racism or reverse racism or conspiracy or whatever card we want to play before the facts are known and the judicial process has completed.

Of course, if we were truly anal about the whole "innocent until proven guilty in a court of law" thing, Trayvon Martin would still be alive, but as georges has kindly pointed out, he was guilty of being black.

Says the dumbass who capitalizes an informal noun in the middle of a sentence.

You fail. I capitalized the word "you're" because it was the word to be used (properly) at the beginning of his sentence.

By the way... you misspelled dumb-ass, retard!
