I swear I'm not trying to be a dick, but if you're going to interview people and promote the interviews, maybe run them through spell-check first? Things like no spaces between punctuation and new sentences might seem trivial, but it really does make for an annoying read and it even creates false link on your MySpace blog.

Also, maybe differentiate questions and answers by making your questions bold or something. It's kind of confusing as it is.

And one last thing. This was a face to face interview and she actually said "lol"? That's odd.
