I voted for "yeah" I would like to be one of the forum moderator in here as representaive from Asia due to difference of time zone.

Moderators roles are basically to monitor spammers, keep the forum clean and tidy, ensure everyone respect the forum rules and have common sense to respect other members in the forum. Moderator must be cool, calm, wise, intelligent, deligent and rationale in his/her thinking. Not egoist, proud, abusive, power crazy, bias, prejudice and double standard. Moderator should be fair and just. Above all, moderator must be respectful person. Moderator should deal with members the professional way, respectful way, democratic way and good listerner. When comes to crucial time, moderator should be a company man/woman or forum board rules abiding man/woman. Before making any decision, discuss thoroughly with the admin and other moderators. Admin and moderators should not ban any member for no valid reason. Not unless found guilty then considered the member committed crime which is conflict of interest to the board forum rules. A first soft warning then be given to the offender until the member repent with remoursful good attitude and able to humble himself/herself and say "sorry". The member will be spared and forgiven. We should give people a chance to improve and realise their mistakes or errors. Don't forget we are all human beings. We have feelings. We are educated and from all walks of life globally. We come here on one common ground. To exchange ideas and to interact with each other intelligently and wisely pertaining to the forum topic and other subject of interest. The best solution is to be human and apply reversed physicology to the affected memebr or offender.

I am moderator and admin of other international busty models forum, glamour model forums etc. I have some experienced as adminand moderator of on line busty model forum and glamour model forum for many years. Not a perfect one but at least have basic knowledge. I don't mind to assist the admin and other moderators to keep the forum a fun place for everyone to feel at home and post to dicuss on any subject allocated by the admin and forum board.
