Very few are getting tested because there is a shortage of test kits. Why? Because Trump waited over a month to declare covid-19 an emergency. Specifically I have studied that thing inside and out for years and formed a conclusion based on everything I've seen and read.
Generally I don't just believe the opposite of what the MSM says, although that is a good rule of thumb.
Back to the topic, when I see numerous videos of near empty E.R.'s and completely empty testing locations in the height of Corona panic and while the media is telling me these places are "overrun" and "War Zones" I can't help but wonder if I am being lied to by the professional liars again.
Add to that I have not seen any footage of these places being over run.

As opposed to the other methods government's have used historically (i.e., coercion)? The first 3 Amendments in the Bill of Rights enumerate the fear of government using power to ****** the people. A careful reading of the Federalist will provide additional insight into their fears.

I am unsure why they needed to prove anything. The most reasonable option would to have been prepared for a pandemic and the world seems to have failed miserably at it. The US opted to respond only when ****** to admit it was here. Our leaders (Dem, Rep, federal, state, and local) chose to be optimistic when some prudence was required. They were distracted when diligence was required. Even in the face of facts, some chose - and continue to choose - to be ignorant of these facts.
