I understand that microsoft runs their own servers and playstation pays a third party to run theirs. What does that mean for connection quality and shit? Damn if I know??????

If you use the defaul controls they are different, I use legacy and its the same as the controls for the first MW.

same here. I do so much better in free for all than I do in team deathmatch. Though I do like domination a lot! As far as team games go I'll play the hell outta that. Other than that, its free for all for me I think
I for one am glad the campaign is short. Long games piss me off.

Also, what's up with the SHODDY sniper rifles? If I shoot someone in the head, I don't expect to have to then shoot them AGAIN. They are so fucking weak.
As blown away by the campaign as I was, multiplayer has been a real let down so far. The maps are quite dull with hardly any choke points. I'm sure that will get better in time when everyone is used to the maps though.

I don't have this problem with the sniper rifles. Of course I rarely use em. But when I do, one shot = one kill. Unless I miss entirely.
As for the maps. There is a good mix of maps. Some good, some shit. I really like the terminal map. And high rise is fun. But that one with the trenches fuckin blows! That one snow map is just to fuckin big! Not the one with the sub, the other one.

If you don't have on stopping power, one shot/one kills are kinda rare.
Yeah wasteland sucks. And there are too many urban type maps, just running around houses, it gets boring.
long,short,or whatever I think the campaign is pure garbage. I played 3 missions or so past the infamous airport scene. The story is ludicrous and it doesnt flow at all,its a bunch of chopped up scenes and scenarios. The multiplayer however is taking over all my time except when I sleep,eat,go to the bathroom and work. Its exceptional......

You should finish the campaign before saying it doesn't flow. It all comes together pretty well, way too short though (took me 4 hours).

To be honest I'm fine without playing the campaign. Even if it did flow and it was a decent story from start to finish I prob still could live without it. I cant take my hands off multiplayer. The only campaign I liked in the call of dookie series was COD2 when it launched with the 360. Prob cause it was a great launch game and brought top notch visuals to a console.
If you look at both games as a whole it would be ashame to see Uncharted2 lose game of the year to modernwarfare2 just because its on 3 diff platforms, which made it sell alot, and is the only game on 360 worth having these days.

Holy fuck Legz, you agreed with my "360 is lame at the moment" sarcasm? Thats not like you....? Multiplayer has been pissing me off the last 2 nights.They keep cycling the same 5 maps over and over and its like pulling teeth to keep a game of 6vs6 without dudes dropping out lately. This games got a ton of maps. I like the sub base in the snow,only played that 3 times so far????

Yea, the map cycling is shit. There are tons of maps like you say. I mostly end up on Favlava regardless of game type.
Wait a minute, there's other maps? I swear I've only seen Estate, Favela, Terminal, Rust, and Afghan.
