My trip today was not super productive. The stores in after are closed. Curb side only.

Sorry to hear that. No ******** yet, but I guess it is noon somewhere. My outing was productive if not miraculous. Eggs, pasta, toilet paper ... (no spaghetti squash though) It's almost like I live in America again!

I have been out of house today, too, meeting me mum at the Bootshafen ("Boatharbour", a popular central area in our town), and had a cup of coffee each, to go.

Talked a bit, she is very tense these days, being over 80 and living in a retirement apartment center, which is a issue due to it being full of highrisk patients.

But our meeting was good, she felt way better when we parted each to his/her apartment, so my day is a good one.

Spaghetti squash is insanely delicious for a vegetable. Second only to ratatouille's medley of bland stuff cooked in just such a way as to make it a spread of flavor, in my opinion. (Call me biased, you know us Americans eat potato with everything. Such a bland, starchy thing)

True. It is snowing outside so somewhere warm does sound better. Once it warms up, I'll be fine.

I agree on the squash. It's my #1 veggie. Potatoes? I'm part Irish, so it comes with the territory.
