How does an inanimate object ignore anyone? I think the bus DRIVER is the culprit.
We have sentient buses in the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland.
I love how the man's age, disability, and history as a war veteran are considered important enough to this story to deserve space in the title and subtitle. Because it's just fine if public transportation refuses service to a 25 year old business man in perfect health with a legally purchased bus pass. Fuck him! Everybody knows only blind, elderly, war vets deserve to be treated fairly by society.
And some people take the sides of the drivers out there and say "oh but they have a hard enough time of it already with the drunken louts and what have you blah blah blah" yeah well too bad. It doesn't excuse the pure ignorance shown towards the old boy here in the link above. A dick is a dick is a dick and that bus driver and his companion who also barred the old boy are dicks of the highest order. Bus drivers will be given respect when they earn it. Not before. I hope those two fucking bastards get the sack.
