Backing Up Your Collection

Hey folks,

I've just moved halfway accross the world for work and sadly had to leave my porn collection behind. Of course I miss it but it also has me wondering about backing up a collection to The Cloud for access anywhere.

It seems "traditional" cloud backup services such as Google Drive and Dropbox dont like you storing porn on theor servers and can delete it at any time without warning so they are out. I was thinking a pin-board site such as here or sex.com etc might be ok but ig would take forever to add anything.

So I was wondering if anyone here has ever backed up their collection online and might have any advice?

I've my personal dick pics on drop box (it's synced to my phone and it's a thing between .. nvm) along with porn and there's never been any issue. I'm just waiting for a storage medium I can realistically and privately backup my porn collection on though. Maybe 4K blu ray.

use an external hard drive if possible. I never trust the cloud

Seconding the external hard drives. They aren't cheap for the larger sizes going into 1TB+ territory, but they're reliable and pretty private, so long as no one else gets their hands on them.

Personally I don't mind storing my porn on google drive. I use that all the time for putting my videos and pics on, and for people who buy my stuff, I give them links to grab it and download. So far I haven't had any issues, and at this point I think I have 4 or 5 different accounts with a bunch of my stuff spread across it. I also use dropbox with some of my business partners to move the porn around for editing and such, as well as some storage.

Thanks for the replies folks. An exernal HDD does make sense, I've not used one previously as I just use one for my "main" files and antr for movies and they are both getting pretty full. Still, thanks to my job I can claim such things on tax so it's probably worth looking into.

as it stands now, I only need to backup my taylor rain files. Everything else is inconesquential.

There is plus-minus using the harddrive and virtual
Hard drive become trouble when you put in random place like maybe you take it to cafe or some place,like in my case,my poor 500GB collection stolen when i forgot to bring it back
The Virtual like Dropbox,well lets say we don't know what happen for tommorow,forget your password,hack,and the worst of all,remember **********,MegaUpload,i mean they closed and there is nothing you can't do about it plus when you try download back,man you need big bandwith to do that

Another vote for external here. One of the best decisions I ever made was getting one. It's only 500 GB for now, but it's a sure thing.
