Spexy.....do you have a favorite drink?
sorry if you've been asked this before in the thread
I moved! The new place is effin SICK! I love it! Only met a few neighbors so far, but they've been super sweet. My apartment building is comprised of 75% senior citizens (which I love, I hate buildings full of partiers and college students) and the rest are doctors/lawyers...so its a quiet building, which is ideal for me. My neighbor across the hall already came over to bring me cookies and to invite me over for coffee...she's gotta be like 85yrs old, her husband died last year so she said she's been lonely and would love some company so I was like "awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww" lol. I love old ppl haha.hello Spexy, so you moved? how is the new place ?
any cool neighbors?
Hey what happened to your cruise? Have you been on the cruise already? And what Canadian dress have you been wearing?
I helped (or tired to) you with Canadian dress ideas back then. Wasn't I supposed to get some feet pics for it? :shy: I actually should have gotten one of your old bras, too.
Anyway, hope you're having a wonderful weekend you cute little thing you.
Non-alcoholic- iced tea
alcoholic- just a good cold beer
Excellent choices :glugglug:
So do you like/listen to heavy metal?
define heavy metal (sorry, have to clarify, I get a ton of guys asking me this, some are talking about screamo crap, and some think that hoobastank is heavy metal (lolll))
but I listen to a bit of everything for the most part
Fair enough... What are your favorite bands you like to kick back with an iced tea and jam out to?

hahahaha you wanna see wrinkly nutsacks bb? :tongue:Happy House Warming ... you should invite them all around for a cam party!
In my experience there are only three kinds of very old people. One is the bitter old crone or grump that doesn't like anything, doesn't think what anybody else does is ever right, complains about everything, and isn't happy until everybody else around them is as unhappy about everything as that person is. Two is the super sweet old person that extremely nice and pleasant. There usually isn't too much in between between one and two for old people. The third type is the old people that are loners and are always by themselves or want to be left alone. Hopefully you get old people of the second and third variety that live around you.
Spexy you seem like such a warm hearted kind person. Cheers to that!
Whats the one thing in the world that you would like to change?
I wish more people would consider adoption as a viable way to have children. There are millions upon millions of children all over the world with no opportunity, and even greater than that, no one to love them. I hate seeing people I know having their second, third, fourth child...and knowing that had they (and everyone else who has a family) adopted one child, this issue could be resolved. But most people are too selfish to be able to consider bringing a child into their home that doesn't have their DNA. Pisses me off.
I feel you on that.
One thing, I hate even more than that is those few that adopt for all the wrong reasons and use the kids as a worship tool. Sadly there are those that adopt for attention and an ego stroke, and once those kids get bigger, they treat em' with disregard because your act is no longer new and cute.
Also, some of the worlds greatest humanitarians and philanthropists come from backgrounds deemed hopeless, and were never adopted. They're experiences molded their sense of human need and willingness to help and sacrifice for the greater good. I simply wish that IDEAL adoption situations were taken advantage of. Not everybody that thinks they are ready are. Responsible people of ideals and values taking in more than just healthy kids, but the not-so-healthy ones in need of basic medical care. Not just the cute ones. The TRULY needy ones.
...but that's an impossiblility I guess.
I totally get what you're saying. Sometimes people adopt for the wrong reasons. But at the end of the day, if it gets a child out of an impoverished, hopeless country, where their only chance at survival is child prostitution, joining the drug trade or independent armies...then I mean that IS better than the alternative. Children brought to America from third world countries at least get the opportunity to have a roof over their head, food in their bellies and an education and chance for a normal, healthy life that they otherwise wouldn't have gotten. If they get stuck with shitty ass parents, then that sucks...but lets face it, most children these days, even the ones that are born naturally into a family get shitty parents.
my bad, meant canada. how's canada?
