If fame comes along because people like a performer that's a really good thing, but it's just not something that can be counted on, even for some of the performers that seem really great.

I think your approach is probably the more rational one for people that are cut out for being in the industry. It also has the benefit of being honest. Although I do think the people that are in it also because they enjoy it do better and perform better than not.

I don't think it's luck. The girls who have become "big" are the girls who have stuck in it for the long haul.
