You will note, please, the guy he's addressing refers to "black vote" and Obama's constituency as "ghetto scum". If that's not coded racism I don't know what is.

Also, I have no idea where anyone gets the idea that Obama is playing with the race issue. First, he didn't even bring the case up, he was responding to a reporter's question. Second, he never once weighed in on any "side" in the case or suggested racial motive for the shooting. Third, the statements immediately preceding the "he'd look like Trayvon" statement show in context he meant that he can empathize with the parents, having young daughters of his own, who with only the flip of the coin in the womb would indeed have looked like Trayvon, so it's easy to imagine the pain. He went on to say we needed a legitimate investigation and that we should treat the case "with the seriousness it deserves".

Anyone turning those comments into a racial problem have their own questions to answer.

I'm just making some observations. I didn't explicitly come out and say it. I suppose it's outrageous to be suspicious of someone who using phrases like "ghetto scum" or claim that Zimmerman is a victim of black racism but if I want to make the accusation that Obama is an anti white racist who's somehow helped ignite a race riot, taking advantage of this controversy to get the "black vote", then that's a-okay. How come Jackson, Sharpton, Obama, Spike Lee, and the black panthers aren't as pissed at the black on black crimes that take place in this country every day? Seems to me they ONLY get themselves riled up and stir up shit is when it's a black having been killed by a non-black.

No, Georges. I'm not much of a President Obama supporter, actually. Look again at the picture that he posted. It is just ridiculous, sophomoric, insulting (not to President Obama, but to the office he holds), and completely lacking in sophistication or subtlety.
