Amy Winehouse Found Dead

Hot Mega, Bloodshot.

Do not start this shit again. I get enough complaints about you two bitching at one another.

Ignore each other in this thread or pick the length of your vacation.

People complain about other people arguing? What a bunch of.....nvm.

:dunno:

Back to the thread topic...it is sad the girl couldn't chase her demons away, it was sad to see the death happen(ing) before your eyes and drug abuse is not a game.

People try all manners of potentially habit forming or addictive activities. I'm not educated on it enough to know whether disease applies in practice but clearly some people are affected differently by exposure to the same things.

It is a shame that she squandered something that all too many people take for granted these days...just being fucking healthy enough to walk around...take care of yourself...get a good night of pain free sleep...etc.

That said, it is saddening she suffered and ultimately succumbed to drug addiction...(if this is ultimately the case..).

Jimi Hendrix OD's and we talk about what could have been and he becomes a legend.

Amy Whinehouse OD's and we say fuck her it's her own fault for being a drug addict pos.

I was a fan of her music, she was certainly talented, but I'll save my grief and sympathy for the poor children in Norway who had their young lives stolen from them instead of giving it to someone who threw theirs away.

RIP anyhow.

Very well said, and agreed. I'm sure that even most of her fans would agree with that, if they thought about it.

Oh and Moonchild, your av is FUCKED UP :(

Wow, really? Well, that's Lexi Belle!
and @ squallumz, that made me like her even more - and I'm not usually into clowns.
Funny how someone can take 2 dicks in the same hole, or gangbang, punishment, etc. and people love whoever she is...but clown makeup is the line...

Well, yeah. Duh.

After some difficulty I have managed to masturbate to this thread.

Every person you see on that "27" list all pretty much succumb to some for of addiction. I believe Hendrix and Morrison choked on their vomit or something. Cobain was bipolar but I understand he was dabbling in heroin use. Joplin was in that stuff as well. Bradley Nowell (Sublime) OD'd at age 28 - just missed "the club" but he was a heroin addict too.

True, but most people who die at that age are not going to die of natural causes. But again, drugs and rock and roll seem to go hand in hand.

Sorry, but I have no pity or sympathy for drug addict that piss their successful lives away.

She obviously didn't care about herself,so neither do I.

Unless you've been in that person's shoes you shouldn't throw stones. Anyway...I don't think unless you've ever been affected by addiction you can ever be able to understand it fully. :2 cents:

Nobody chooses to become an addict.

.....just thought I'd point that out.

Well...yeah, people do. We're not uneducated on drugs these days...we ALL know that hard drugs = addiction. So making the choice to pick up the drugs in the first place is, in essence, choosing to risk becoming addicted. There's always the sober decision in the beginning to start doing things that are bad for your body and bad for your mind...we all see where you end up after doing drugs.

If you make the choice to not wear a seatbelt, how are you NOT choosing to be ejected through your windshield if and when the crash inevitably occurs? :2 cents:

I also want to mention that I hate it when people say that stuff like alcoholism is a disease. It is not a disease. You have a choice to put down the bottle, despite what your body is craving you know perfectly well that you don't have to drink. One year in college I was drinking almost every night and could easily be considered an alcoholic but after I went through that phase, I just pretty much stopped (except every so often :D) It's all about will power (or discipline for you South Park enthusiasts).

Try telling cancer patients to just "snap out of it" or let's just have an intervention for them and tell them how much they disappoint you because of their disease.

it is sad. she had so much potential. she definitely changed the music industry during her time on earth.
Really?! How?!

I'm not throwing stones,I'm just saying that I don't give a fuck about some rich successful drug addict that makes a song about how she won't go to fucking rehab.Well guess what, you're fucking dead now because you said "no,no,no".Congrats on a job well done.

Oh,and BWT,I grew up in a house with an alcoholic father,so don't tell me about being in another persons shoes, when I lived in the same house with that person for 19 fucking years.
