Its true to say Amy squandered her talent. If you had the chance to see her live in her prime she was an exceptionally good performer. Much better than most of the bland female singers we are lumbered with.

I don't know why but I'm am literally saddened by this for some reason more than I have been over the deaths of other celebs. I wasn't a big fan of her but I believed she had talent.
A shame....I hope her soul has found the peace now that seeming eluded her in this life.
