TV shows a lot of women's breast, but they are not visible on the street.

My point is that people should have the freedom to go topless if they want to, because the human body is not an obscene thing.

It's perfectly legal in some states to be topless. It's why a lot of nude models shoot in Ohio, it's legal to go topless there so it makes for great outdoor shoots.

There are groups around that revolve around women's constitutional right to go topless or ***** men to cover up as well.
