It's much more annoying when a native speaker makes mistakes. It shows me that they haven't read a lot in their lives.
As far as non-native speakers making mistakes, this board has made me much more patient about that. When I first started reading FO message boards, the small little syntax errors and the like used to make me nuts....there is a popular thread that has been up on the board for a while now entitled "What are the biggest tits you'd like to titfuck."
That is not a well-phrased question, but I get that it was probably written by a non-native English speaker, so now....not as big of a deal as it might have otherwise been.
It's great that you are so patient with us.
I have not noticed any "Speak English or go to hell"-sentence.

It doesn't matter how bad a non-native person types or speaks in English as most people in English speaking countries can't speak/type anymore than a sentence or word in any other language.
If I had to learn to type or speak in German, Italian, French or any other language I'd be no better than them....in fact I'd probably be worse.

To answer your question seriously : I don't care if a non-native English speaker makes spelling or grammatical errors, as long as :
a) the meaning remains clear ;
b) they aren't just talking complete bollocks.
