Is it a known fact? To whom? There are plenty of known facts within the structure of the Dept.Of Defense and national security agencies. That doesn't mean they are known facts to the general public or our adversaries.

There has not been one instance where Hillary Clinton has been investigated or criticized that you have acknowledged she has acted criminally or even ethically wrong.

Analysts and experts have concluded it would be a 4-12 minute window, and that's not classified. Actual classified time is probably unknown, even to those that know. I've never given it much thought; I didn't think it was instantaneous, but less than ten minutes. Early voting is indicating it favors Hillary Clinton in North Carolina and Florida. Except that I know many Democrats voting for Trump. The reports are assuming that most of the Dem ballots are cast for Clinton.
