Is it a known fact? To whom? There are plenty of known facts within the structure of the Dept.Of Defense and national security agencies. That doesn't mean they are known facts to the general public or our adversaries.

Early voting is indicating it favors Hillary Clinton in North Carolina and Florida. Except that I know many Democrats voting for Trump. The reports are assuming that most of the Dem ballots are cast for Clinton.
