Pucker Up Butter Cup.
Notre Lame looking crappy as usual I love it, they rank them guys for nothing every year, Number 18 in the country? Please!:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

Oh, how I love watching the Irish lose. Every Saturday I root for my Boilermakers and whatever team happens to be playing ND that week. Great to see the Bulls taking it to 'em in the first half.

Case Keenum and Houston's big-strike offense are racking up the points in the first half against UCLA. Watch the highlights tonight for an incredible TD run by Cougar RB Michael Hayes. Unfortunately for Houston, this game is far from over since their defense is so mediocre but boy can they light up the scoreboard! Fun team to watch....

Damn it feels good to have college football back!!!!

Iowa stomps Tennessee Tech and Nebraska is whoopin' Chattanooga. Really?!? Did the Iowa School for the Blind have a conflicting schedule so you couldn't play them? I'm all for scheduling games against lesser competition from conferences like the MAC or Mountain West but this, THIS? Really?

Well, I hope the moguls at UT are happy with their $300 million deal with ESPN to set up the Longhorn Network. Of course, no one can watch it so I guess that doesn't matter to the powers that be over in Austin. If there was no Longhorn Network, tonight's game would surely be televised by Fox SportsNet and I would be watching the it. As it is, it's like a tree falling in the forest when there's no one around to hear it. Pretty quiet here in the Jagger household tonight.

UT and ESPN will have major egg on their collective faces as this fiasco plays out. None of the cable companies want to buy it (even in Texas!) and the satellite providers have already politely declined to pick it up so who the hell is going to watch this thing??? Absolutely ridiculous. I'm a die-hard Longhorn fan but I am totally dismayed and turned-off by the hubris that the University of Texas (and ESPN) is showing to not only the rest of the members of the Big 12 (10 soon to be 9) but to the college football establishment in general.

There's an old country saying down here in Texas....pigs get fat but hogs get slaughtered. I fear that UT is fattening themselves up pretty good right now and are fast approaching hog status.

:hairpull:

Titsrock, your Trojans are sleep inducing

with Case Keenum back

That guy is as smooth as silk.
The Bruin "D" was supposed to be much improved but they had no answer for him. And as if Neuheisel doesn't have enough problems, after 4 decades of having consistently world class place kickers UCLA's current kicker is a complete stiff :1orglaugh

Of course I’ve never understood taking pro sports too seriously. I love pro sports, but there is something different between rooting for a group of athletes that play for a team because they were highest bidder and rooting for athletes that choose to go to your school.

Exactly :glugglug:

Looks like the "Mighty" SEC credibility is getting clobbered today!!! :nanner::rofl2:

Don't tell Brett Musburger. According to him "nobody runs up the middle against the SEC"
-------> The SEC :blowjob: <------ Musburger

OFFICIAL NOTICE: LurkingDirk is not an Irish fan. I can't handle it any more. I hate the team, the school, the administration, and the fans.

This is not a joke, this is not said lightly. I hope they never win again, and that farce of a football program falls in upon itself. I'll never sit through a Notre Dame game again in my life. The program is shit, has been shit for decades, and will continue to be shit for the entirety of the future.

So, I'm looking for a new team. It sure as hell isn't going to be Purdue, who is even more shit than Notre Dame. I welcome suggestions. Unless they include any team from Michigan, Ohio, or California.

If things keep up, KH will have to move out of Tennessee and into hiding.

How about these winners?

Boise is kicking the shit outta mighty Georgia. How can the Dawgs already be gassed??:surprise:

It's time for me to watch some of the Quacky Bodies v LSU

Bodster-- It wasn't THAT boring of a game. How can 3 TDs by Robert Woods be boring? The second half was basically a nightmare. Same ol' shit SC defense... I think we'll be able to run the ball better as the season wears on, but I have already lost hope that we'll have a decent D this season. We have no LBs again, and therefore no real chance to win more than 8 games again...:brick:

Atleast we're not as shitty as your bruins!!:nanner::rofl2::thefinger

Did everyone see the ESPN ticker? Looks like Pac12 might become Pac16 next season...howdy Texas, Okie, Okie State, TTech

Ga Dawgs was one of the worse team in the SEC last year

The words mighty and Georgia don't go together.

lol Notre Dame. They had almost double the total offence of USF. 4 red zone turnovers. Bahaha. Bahahahaha. They'll probably beat USC's ass this year though.

Penn state next week yeaaa
I hope Bama slaughters them. Joe Paterno should be ashamed of himself. Staying as coach for no other reason than to just break Eddie Robinson's win record is just pathetic.

I hope ND loses every game.

30 seconds left, and the National Champs will be escaping with a W....but this game truly was bad for the National Champs and the SEC....:rofl2:
With Gus Malzahn running the offense, never count out the Tigers.

I knew the AU defense would be weak this year, but the real problem is Ted Roof. He is horrible as a defensive coordinator. Last year's team made up for his short-comings with sheer talent, but not this year. Chizik needs to find a new DC.

Ducks self implode  :bang: :crying:

Three critical fumbles deep in their own end = ballgame

Oh well, that was a short season ........ :1orglaugh

Atleast we're not as shitty as your bruins!!:nanner::rofl2::thefinger

:bs: :ban: We shall see come November. A narrow loss in the heat at Houston is a better performance than a 2 point win over Minnesota at the Coliseum. After week one I'm still liking my Bruins +9 1/2 future book bet :D

That would rule :nanner:

Bravo to you sir, for recognizing the truth, and taking an appropriate course of action

In this difficult time of transition it's important to receive comfort from your friends.
Allow me to be the first :love-smi:

holy beejesus I just saw this on the late recap

Oregon State 28
Sacramento State 29

:surprise: :surprise: :surprise:

I don't think there will be a bigger upset this year than that one.
