The thing that gets me about Halo 3, (besides the fact that is was hyped up beyond belief) was the sheer amount of recycled textures. Halo 2 wasn't even all that technically impressive, yet Bungie recycled somewhere in the neighborhood of 45% percent of the textures in that game.

Couldn't agree with you more. I'm a huge fan of minimalistic interface design, and Google will ALWAYS have that on any Microsoft product.

The engine itself isn't all that bad. The problem is they changed everything up interface-wise, and users will have to learn to use it efficiently. The good part for me is that this will hopefully push Google to make their engine even better.

I would agree with you except to say that people copy video games. Honestly, most of the time its just people with problems emotionally, or mentally which effect their behaviors. Blaming video games for it is just scapegoating.

It's not quite that easy, but compared to other sports, at the amateur level becoming an umpire is relatively easy. But that's primarily because the qualified umpires picked up and started officiating professional games to make more money, and enjoy union benefits.

Seems like any time either the Raiders or the Lakers get into any sort of big game, win or lose, this type of stuff happens. I can remember the same thing happening in 2002, and 2003 with the Lakers, unbelievable.
