Chrome has, but it got the idea from an older version of another browser. The concept has been around since about 2005, but wasn't really delivered until about 2007. The newly updated Firefox is pretty much spot on in terms of rendering speed as Chrome, so if you like Chromes speed, you're...

Electronic Arts says "we already maxed out the power on 360." PS3......

I think you're misinterpreting what I'm saying. I'm not saying the PS3 is going to die out by any means, what I'm saying is, the life span of the PS3 as the current generation of Playstation console is getting late. PS1 was Sony's primary console from about 1994-2000, the PS2 went into...

Electronic Arts says "we already maxed out the power on 360." PS3......

Exactly. And the thing is, that it's awfully late in the life cycle of the current generation of consoles to be worrying about something that simple. I have a feeling that the PS3 may never see the full potential of its processor, and that the next iteration in the PS line may have to start...

    Firefox 3.5 Final Released

I'm using actual statistics of the program running, those are objective facts. I agree that browsers make claims about improvements all the time without the improvements actually happening (see Apple), but I've got real data to back this up. If I have time tomorrow I'll try to get the results...

Electronic Arts says "we already maxed out the power on 360." PS3......

The development tools are by in large good, absolutely. But the biggest piece of the puzzle has been the processor, which has had pretty terrible documentation. The console has been out for a number of years now, and it took a good year and a half for the documentation to come out, and another...

    Firefox 3.5 Final Released

After months of waiting, numerous Betas, and 4 RCs, Mozilla has finally released Firefox 3.5. http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2349494,00.asp All of my benchmarking seems consistent with what Mozilla has claimed in terms of speed and performance improvements. Firefox 3.5 is now on par...

Yeah, I agree with you there. In the case of the PS3, the Cell could be extremely useful to developers, but Sony did such a shitty job of documenting the architecture that we may never see it's true ability.

Sony to cut price on ps3?

The system now is ridiculously expensive. The funny thing is, Live right now could go free and Microsoft wouldn't have to worry about it for about another 15 years, simply because of available DLC. If you ask me, the right thing to do would be to make the service free, and just charge for...

It's just the weight of their implants. No matter how small an implant you put into a girl, her breasts were only naturally meant to carry a certain weight, and thus the surrounding skin does so also. When a girl gets implants, it ****** the skin to stretch, with no breast tissue to fill the...

Actually, it's not out of the realm of possibility. Consider that Holliday is pretty much playing to his career road stats, and, while still excellent, aren't what they were at Coors, and a lot of teams so far have been put off by this. Last offseason, Boras learned the hard way that the...

It'll run the game. Your processor is a bit slow, but if you notice the game running slowly, turn down the settings, and you'll be fine. Outside of your processor speed, your machine will have no trouble with the game.

The funny thing is, Holliday isn't really performing poorly. He's just hitting below his inflated average at Coors, and almost everyone saw that coming. At this point I'm almost hoping he gets dealt for good prospects, because at the rate of his decline, he might just accept arbitration. As...

:1orglaugh I'm no Microsoft apologist! But more seriously, a vast number of hardware wouldn't exist if we exclude companies starting in the past 5 years. And I don't have a definitive answer yet, but from a number of people I know who work at EA, the problem might not actually be Microsoft...

Yeah, I just got it a couple of days ago. I'm amazed with how crisp it is. The controls are tight, intuitive, and work well with the animations in the game. Technically, the game is a masterpiece, just looking at the sheer detail in the boxers faces tells me that. Definitely a great purchase.
