  • Hey sweety! Anything for you! :)

But I actually like it that big and don't think we need to resize it. But if you really want me to I can do it. Tell me.

    Hugs and :kiss:es
Wow! That sounds awesome! I'm not surprised Knott's paled in comparison. I wouldn't be surprised if Cedar Point itself paled if you went back without the VIP treatment.

Those Hallowe'en themes at parks are great. Last year my ex and I went to Disneyland during Hallowe'en season. They had themed decorations everywhere, but the coolest part was the Haunted Mansion. They had completely gutted it, and replaced everything in it with things from The Nightmare Before Christmas. The cars were pumpkins, Jack Skellington was everywhere, they even changed the paintings in the elevator that reveal more as the elevator descends and the ones in the hallway that change as you walk by. At the end, where you look in the mirror and see a hologram of a ghost sitting with you, we had a winged dog sitting in our car. It was really cool. :)
Oh, fair food is :drool2:. Deep fried twinkies, Monster floats, cotton candy, that stuff is awesome! :yummie:

Have you ever been to Cedar Point in Ohio? I've been told that place is the biggest and best roller coaster park in the US. I think they have the tallest and the fastest coasters in the US there. I SO wanna go there!
Is it non-stop music 24 hours a day for the entire duration of the thing? I've worked festivals like that, and I've also done things where they have, like, 4 hours of quiet time a day. Either way, that much dancing must be quite exhausting. So I take it you prefer dancing to electronica. Do you dance to other things? I LOVE dancing to Latin rhythms (salsa, cumbia, etc.) and Zydeco, though I'm pretty bad at any of those (I swear I have 2 left feet), but I still have fun making an ass of myself on the dance floor. :partysml:
Oh, dear, a rave! I hate doing those things! The last one I did was 2 years ago at the Cow Palace. It was all over the news because 3 kids O.D.'d at it, and the city decided not to allow raves at publicly-owned buildings anymore (the Cow Palace is a state building).

The reason why I hate them is because load outs are literally hazardous to your health. The morning of the out the steward actually had a box of latex gloves for people who didn't have work gloves in case of "bio-hazards." He said it was just as filthy as the Exotic Erotic Ball. That day I saw leftover things that I still can't believe. Everything from glow sticks, drugs, condoms, any and every article of clothing you can think of, bodily fluids of all sorts, etc., etc. :pukey:

Anyway, you have fun at your, um, rave (and here I was thinking you were going to an insomniacs' convention :1orglaugh).
Oh, I work all sorts of conventions. Most of the time, though, I don't know what kind of show it is. We're just told the name of the show, which is usually the initials, but not the content. So, I might've worked the insomniacs' convention before. They only tell us the specific content if it's something that could upset someone, such as the Exotic Erotic Ball, or a surgeons' convention that features live demonstrations. A girl I know had to watch a live sex change operation through her camera lens. Gnarly!
I'll have to look up the show when I get home. Have you seen other Cirque productions? Which is your favorite?

You call yourself a Packers fan, but you don't drink beer?!? Blasphemy! Actually, I didn't use to be fond of beer. It took a while to develop an affinity for it, and now I've become somewhat of a beer connoisseur.
I like "girlie" drinks. I really like Piñas Coladas and Mudslides. When I was a teenager I used to have something similar to the rum and juice drink that you like. My mom would buy orange juice, and, since I was the only one who drank it, I would drink half of it, and refill it with vodka. When we had breakfast together, my parents would drink coffee, and I would drink screwdrivers. :D

You're probably either fixing to get to sleep, or are already there. I'm jealous! Last night I got called last minute to load out the Deftones. We were done by 1, which wouldn't've been that bad, except for the fact that they also gave me a gig at 6 this morning. I slept less than 2 hours. I'm sleepy. Sleep a few hours for me, would ya?
Wow! Someone who stays awake longer than me! I went to bed at 5, but, then again, I woke up at 6 the previous morning. It all goes back to the whole lack of a regular schedule thing. Anyway, sweet dreams!
