The Supreme court has ruled for 42 year which has been repeated constantly. It isnt about science. I dont think anyone debates that a fetus is a living thing. Its been determined that up to a certain point in a pregnancy the woman has the right to abort. That's what is legal. Science was never disputed on it being a living organism.

SO then by your definition we could argue what is actually "life" Perhaps the sperm that is not intended for conception could be considered *******?.

On another thread you went on and on saying that abortion is not ******* a human life making stupid comparisons between sperm and a 20 weeks old baby. Now you claim that nobody debates that a fetus is a living thing (a human one, let me add). You are a disaster.
