Never made it. Pretty good for a first try.

I ended up buying me a Honey Baked Ham. Had corn on the cob, french cut green beans, and a few dinner rolls with it. Even made a couple of plates for my neighbors who worked on Christmas Day. Now, I'm just waiting for my regular "Alicia" to get here at 11:00pm.

None of you fuckers had turkey? You're dead to me.

We had :
Turkey
Cranberry sauce
Pork
Crackling
Apple sauce
Sage and onion stuffing
Chestnut stuffing
Apple and walnut stuffing
Irish sausages wrapped in smoked bacon
carrots, parnsips, leeks
roast potatoes
GRAVY

And then later lemon cheesecake (because Christmas Pudding is actually ****) and *******.

Smoked Brisket
Smoked Ham
Baked Beans
Potato Salad
Corn Bread
Ambrosia Salad
Pecan Pie
Sweet Tea
Coffee

Sushi (real sushi, not stupid prepackaged California rolls) and sake.

Sorry, were Jews not supposed to post here?

You are more than welcome to post here. Sorry about the ham.

Pfft, there's no need to apologize (though I appreciate it just the same). If I worried about keeping kosher, I wouldn't even be having sushi. I hope your ham was as delicious as my unagi, tako, and kazunoko. :)

Huge fucking shrimp with horseradish dip.

Garden salad.

Prime rib roast au jus.

Baked potato and baked sweet potato form the grill.

Grilled corn.

Green beans with garlic.

Grand biscuits.

Mulled ****.

Cherry and apple pies.

Assorted Italian pastries.

Home made frosted sugar cookies.

Thanksgiving we do the turkey and Easter gets the ham and fresh kielbasa.

We went to the Sands and ate at Emeril's Italian Table. Fantastic. *** had seared scallops with a turnip and Pear(?) mash and brussell sprouts and a goat cheese and beet salad with a glass or two of sangria. My ****** had chicken picatta over raviolis with raspini and some sangria. And I had a margherita pizza, salad with buratta mozzarella and red **** vinaigrette.

Oh, and a really nice bread pudding with apples, pumpkin ice cream and creme anglaise.

My turkey dinner was actually a novelty this year. I usually go with something different.

Turkey, scalloped potatos, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, and since I knew I would have no more room I didn't bother with a vegetable.

I have ice cream but I filled up too much. 2 hours later I still feel like a pregnant water buffalo in a sandstorm.

Mine was mainly an affair with ******* and I can't seem to remember what I had for Christmas dinner :*****: But I'm sure I'll be having the same today.

Turkey, etc. I despise turkey but ***** it down for the sake of the ******.

Back to low carbs for me.
