I'm not insulting anyone. I started this thread because Dirk is a friend & I miss the banter and discussions that we shared. I have not interacted with the others that have left but if you feel they need recognition then feel free to start you're own thread about it.

We come here to escape all the crap that is currently happening in the world. You can't walk down the street or turn on the TV without seeing a depressing headline about the economic crisis or about death and destruction.
This is our escape. Sure I get that people wanna discuss that stuff but don't stuff it down everyone else's throat by posting 10 threads a day about it!! Thank god the talk section has been split into sub categories that's all I can say. Now you can go hang out in your politics part of the board while we have fun in the general chat area.

I've been making a few posts here and there in the sports section but the talk section has been terrible lately. The great members here are the reason I stuck around but if everyone is bolting I don't see the point in staying. I've been on sports sites before where there were changes or trolls that drove the members off and ruined it for everyone else. This sucks because I liked this place but the last month hasnt been fun at all. It was a good time while it lasted.
