It's probably nothing to do with size. It'll be to see if you have 6 toes or webbed feet... not you personally, just in general.

I don't get the whole feet thing. However when I've seen camshows the model always tend to show me their feet. I suppose they have to when asked to wrap their legs around the back of their heads to perform unspeakable things.
