I'm not from an English speaking country. I meant "prude" as related to "prudery" and "prudish". I don't know where You're from and what dictionary You cite, but "prude" has an ancient Latin derivation and its most common international meaning is synonymous to "bigot". And then it's part of the prudish attitude to decorum not to show nude to public.
BTW, I've not been the first one on this thread to call her a prude and my predecessor used it in the very same meaning and context.That's not the answer, but the question. We all see and know she doesn't want to. We ask why she doesn't want to. No explanation has been provided so far.

No famous lingerie brand would take her, because it's common use and long-time tradition at those companies to take famous mainstream fashion/editorial models or *********** to advertise their products. They take top models with some boobs, like Heidi Klum, Gisele Bundchen, Tyra Banks etc. When Denise Milani showed up on the internet, she was a girl next door, had no name and recognition and no one at those companies knew her. Then, by appearing on websites and with looks like that, she was automatically categorized as a men/erotic/porn model. They're stupid and close-minded there in the "serious" industry.
