I wouldn't say you're wrong. Despite the evidence saying that he was a black supremist, it looks like they're just going with terrorism charges and no **** crime charges. At least, none that I see. I get that terrorism charges are worse, but if it's racially motivated terrorism, I think it should be added.

The media does put their thumb on the scale when it comes to race stories. Look at Jussie Smollett, Kyle Rittenhouse, Nick Sandmann, and others. The majority of the media are White but have some self-loathing instinct or fetish to ****** their own race playing their usual Six Degrees Of White Supremacy game. Check the vague descriptions of suspects when they are Black even if they are still on the loose.

Not necessarily.
A **** crime is prejudice-motivated which targets a victim(s) because of their membership of a certain social group or racial demographic. Usually that means race/ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation. Terrorism generally is the use of ******** and fear to achieve an ideological aim; it doesn't require you target a race/etc (although it can).
9/11 is a good example. Their ideological aim was to scare the US out of the middle-east. The attacks didn't specifically target whites, Christians etc - they were pretty indiscriminate on who they ****** to achieve that goal.

That's a very well thought out answer, but wasn't their aim to scare the RACE and ETHNICITY that is Americans? I'm just tossing a little back to you, because your answers are, so well thought out, and I've always looked at that ****** as, a blatant hatred for America. Personally, I think the Muslim men get so pissed at American "decadence", because they don't get to have any. I know the LAST person one should take advise from, is Howard Stern, but I think he was right. We should have just built them a few titty bars, and let them relax after a long day of trying to **** each other. Now that ethnic cleansing bullshit that these fuckers in Africa, and over in Bosnia several years ago. That to me has to be considered racist. We would call Hitler racist for his atrocities.

I don't think this guy should be out, I doubt he was even allowed to own a ***, and the judge that granted him bail, should be reviewed by the judicial review board. If this guy ***** someone while he's out, the judge is just as guilty, This is the kind of **** that perpetuates *** ********. He should probably be in prison already.

I think there is too much diversity in the US to say that a terrorist ****** against them, on its own, is a **** crime. Even more, the WTC/Pentagon are neutral targets; they aren't associated with a specific group. Now you could say the WTC was a symbol of capitalism - so an ****** on it would be purely ideological, and not a **** a crime. Perfect example of terrorism.
Another way to look at it is: What is your goal for committing this act? (This is just my thought process - it's not "official" or anything)
-If you have no goal, then you're just a mass ********
-If your goal is to just **** people of a certain identifiable group (Race/Religion/Sex/Sexual orientation/etc), like shooting up several Asian massage parlors or a mosque, then it's purely a **** crime
-If your goal is to scare people into some sort of change, e.g. getting your military out of a country, outlaw abortions or keep a fat orange oaf in power, that's "pure" terrorism.
-If your goal involves change which is targeted against an identifiable group, that's where I say it can be both terrorism and a **** crime. And that's also where it gets really muddy.
At least, that's how I look at it.

I agree. But lets face it, as soon as they need to make things fit their needs, the laws will change.

That really sucks. I hope they provide more details soon. I want to know if this guy was on the radar, or worse, not permitted to own a firearm. New York has very strict *** laws too. I know assault weapons are not allowed, and I think their magazine capacity law is less then 10.

Well, somebody dropped the ball again. This guy was a red flag long before this, and it really is tragic that this happened, especially since it happened for a really shitty reason. unfortunately, an inanimate object will take the blame, and the people that fumbled will not pay any price for their ineptitude.

Colorado ****** red flag laws a few years back. Members of a certain party took offense and declared their counties 'second amendment sanctuaries'. One sheriff who committed to enforcing the law was condemned by his own party.
The issue is we only see red flags in retrospect. If the flags are enforced prospectively, then plenty of *** advocates get offended and start screaming about their rights being infringed.
