Actually, if you're having to question if they are fake or real, then it already means you can't tell enough and would likely enjoy them regardless of the answer.
I like natural, but there have been plenty of women I couldn't tell for sure, and it bothered me none. Frankly, her figure is the culprit for my lust, and her breasts are just a nice bonus.

Far be it for me to get my ass toasted again on this board, but here's what I read on the Sweet Yurizan forum a while back. (Yes, I'm a member). Yurizan admitted to an inquirer that she'd had surgery, but NOT for implants. It was actually for minor breast reduction and re-shaping. When it was done I can't tell you.
