This is very true. When girls are first starting out, there's not a whole lot to go off of when it comes to doing what their fans want if the fans, or at least the public (not necessarily fans), chimes in and let's us know.
For example, I've had my website up since the beginning of last summer. I've constantly emailed my members for feedback, suggestions, opinions, likes, dislikes... no one has ever answered up until February 8, just one single member, because I offered him a free month membership in return for feedback. None of the other members offered feedback in return for a free month membership though. It's always seemed to me that they just don't care. That's how I feel. I'd like to feel like I'm more active with my members and fans, but there's no way I could feel that way if they won't interact with me.
Sorry, I went off on a tangent. Anyway, you're absolutely right. The more support you show your girls, the more they will be able to do for you. There's not a whole lot we can do with no fans!
