This is very true. When girls are first starting out, there's not a whole lot to go off of when it comes to doing what their fans want if the fans, or at least the public (not necessarily fans), chimes in and let's us know.

For example, I've had my website up since the beginning of last summer. I've constantly emailed my members for feedback, suggestions, opinions, likes, dislikes... no one has ever answered up until February 8, just one single member, because I offered him a free month membership in return for feedback. None of the other members offered feedback in return for a free month membership though. It's always seemed to me that they just don't care. That's how I feel. I'd like to feel like I'm more active with my members and fans, but there's no way I could feel that way if they won't interact with me.

Sorry, I went off on a tangent. Anyway, you're absolutely right. The more support you show your girls, the more they will be able to do for you. There's not a whole lot we can do with no fans!

You could always go hunt down some work of your work that you'd have more control over. Outside of the agency I mean. I'm not saying to ditch the agency all together, I'm just saying to keep the agency but take some time to go off on your own and look for side gigs. Find someone that will let you be creative with your photos and/or videos. The photographer that does all my site's content lets me have as much creative control over shoots as I want. All the things we shoot are half his idea, half my idea. He supplies some of the clothes, I supply some of the clothes.
