XBIZ Awards 2015

Soooo the full list of nominations for the XBIZ Awards 2015 was released yesterday and to my utter delight my name was actually on there!! I have been nominated in the Web Star of the Year category!! I am utterly amazed and overwhelmed that people have actually put my name forward for this award. Thank you to those that did.

And I found out today that my category is a fan vote category which is even more awesome! Once I find out details of how voting is done I'll post it on this thread. I hope that I can count on my Freeones Friends support when the time comes to vote.

Of course on top of that Freeones itself has again been nominated in the Adult Site of the Year - Fan Site category, which is also awesome news!! I'll be sure to cast my vote for them.

So, how long is this award show? 300 hours? There´s a completely ridiculous amount of categories. I guess they wanna make sure that every single person who´s involved in the porn industry in any way win some sort of award.

I'm a little bit curious of this too. This is where voting for the least bad of whatever is left basically leads. When you are able to vote for the best, you are voting for positive outcome, you are voting for who you really want to win. But when you are voting for whatever is left, you will end up voting negatively as who you don't want to win and vote against them by picking the least bad option.

many of the categories are scrolled on a screen as the night is ending. Such as "Internet Starlet Website" and "Pornstar Website" were both quickly scrolled by on a screen as the lights were coming up, but we sat thru an hour of toy/novelty awards given to people I've never heard of. That being said, I love the XBIZ awards, I always felt more at home there than at AVN.

XBiz is a fun night, you should def come!
Vegas.. it depends on what you like. If you like 4 days of drinking, constant attention, getting your pic taken, then yes, GO! For me, it's overwhelming and stressful but I always have a good time.
