She'll probably still show up backstage though, since the Miz is there. Unlike John Morrison (Melina's pretty much not allowed backstage, hell she's not even allowed in the fucking building when the WWE is in town), the Miz is still continuing to get pushed.

They wouldn't cut ties with her like this unless they had a reason. That reasoning I doubt she ends up back there anytime soon.

WWE women division is such shit. Fire Mickie James, basically force out Victoria because she's tired of the crap, make talented women like Gail Kim, Natalya, and (to an extent) Melina become jobbers, meanwhile push Kelly Kelly and, before she "retired", Michelle McCool, to the moon.

Ace Bandage

The one and only.
They just showed good ol' JR on the sidelines of the KSU vs Oklahoma game in Manhattan, and it looked like he was talking to their backup QB. I knew he was a Sooners fan, but I didn't know he had VIP access to the team like that. Naturally, he was wearing his black cowboy hat. When I saw that, I did a double take and noticed that it was him.

I really wish he'd go back to full time commentating on RAW. Heel Michael Cole is just tiresome.

The whole damn commentating team is tiresome. Lawler is too busy sucking every faces dick, especially Cena and recently CM Punk, a guy who no more than 3 months ago was supposedly a "cult leader" and "brain washer" according to Lawler. He doesn't add ANYTHING to the broadcast team, he's so damn hypocritical and inconsistent and his lame attempts at jokes make me cringe.

Booker T is ok but he does get annoying at times. He seriously needs to take a broadcasting class or something, I don't mind having him there since he's one of my "fave-fives" but he is pretty ridiculous. Awww shucky ducky quack quack..

I seriously don't see where a heel Cole is going to pay off, it's just distracting as all hell to the viewer and won't have a big payout in the future. They're wasting time spotlighting the announce team when they should be working on other talent, the announce team gets a fuckload of air time whether it's these stupid ass angles that are part of the main event or Booker/Cole/Lawler arguing amongst each other and not CALLING THE DAMN MATCH. The announce team is so unbearable that I seriously had to switch to Spanish commentary on the Money in the Bank DVD, but I know other people may not know Spanish and don't have that option so it really sucks for them.

jr is the best commentator in the business at this moment, he should be allowed to commentate every single wwe match until the day he dies

as far as booker t's commentating goes, i do agree with peoples frustration when they cant understand him, or of his over the top stereotypical black person references, but i'd rather listen to him tahn have to sit through two hours of heel michael cole, telling us about his homosexual love for the miz. it's even worse when he says that vickie guerrero is hot, when he actually wants to vomit every-time she is on screen

as far as lawler goes, his over the top references about the divas and puppies and stuff is tiresome and pedofileish, as he is probably old enough to be most of the divas father

With the commentators, it goes like this:

Cole - before getting traded to the RAW brand back in either 2008 or 2009, he was an all right play by play guy. Him teaming with JBL was his best work because JBL was the perfect heel guy to put whatever Cole would say down. But mostly he was able to put some guys over and the circumstances. Now? He's being fed lines and stupid, corny ass jokes from Vince who thinks saying fat jokes is hilarious (bully campaign, loooool), buries every star on the show not named Miz-Cena-Punk, never takes the diva stuff seriously, thus, why should the viewer, and for the life of him, cannot properly call moves and often mistakes them (see any CM Punk submission, for instance).

As for King, I think he has something with Vince that he knows he has a job there until HE KNOWS he doesn't either A) enjoy it anymore, or B) finds something more enjoyable to do that's as easy in collecting a paycheck. He's terrible, and has been since 2005 or so.

Booker T is alright. I don't take most of what he says seriously because half of it is just to troll Michael Cole. He's the least offensive of the three, to say the least. Josh Matthews should be play by play guy on Smackdown, and Scott Stanford should be the go-to guy on RAW. But alas.

You know, I was watching some matches on the WWE Greatest Rivalries: Shawn Michaels vs. Bret Hart Blu-Ray and was listening to the commentary. Even Vince McMahon's commentary is better than the commentary today!

for me personally, the greatest commentary team was and always will be (for me) the late great Hall of Famer Gorilla Monsoon and Jesse Ventura. those two really knew how to play off of each other. they were two former wrestlers (yeah i said it) that called a match properly. they named each hold, each submission, counters, every offensive/defensive move. they explained what hold/move/submission does what kind of damage to a certain part of the body. something Lawler and Booker T should be doing. Monsoon and Ventura were even funny, BUT WITH INTELLIGENCE. Jesse Ventura as the 'heel' commentator, praised the heel wrestlers, but praised ALL OF THEM and didnt have some sort of man love for just one person. He even gave credit to the babyfaces from time to time. Even Hogan, on RARE occasions. add Bobby The Brain to the mix and you ended up the perfect announce team. Like darkwarrior said, even Vince was a good commentator. the commentary needs to change real soon, which why i hope JR wins the match tonight. if Cole loses, i honestly think he'd be better off as a heel manager. most likely for his man-crush Miz and R-Truth.

I loved Monsoon-Heenan and Monsoon-Ventura the most, but McMahon himself was no slouch. Sure he isn't Monsoon, but he was decent. Jim Ross is another great one.

Michael Cole? Dog shit.

Raw starts - I sit politely and semi-hopeful.
Cena comes out - I still sit politely.
Miz and R-Truth come out to confront Cena - I feel slightly better
Liverpool crowd carries on with that "What?" crap (and I swear they're worse about it than any American crowd) - I strain to tolerate
"Woo-woo-woo, you know it", Hack Ryder comes out to Cena's aid, to be put over even more, and is announced as Cena's tag partner, and Gay Lawler calls him a future hall of famer - I had enough. Back to the Bears vs Eagles game.

The Punk/Del Rio segments were worth it, but the rest of the show was crap imo. I watched just long enough to see what Nash had to say then went back to my game.

and what did he say?

Plus- i hate how UFC does it and michael cole said it last night which pissed me off also- he said "kevin nash has been signed to a WWE contract and tonight the former world champ will speak"... former? if you left the company and/or there have been more than 5 (in this case probably 50+) champions between now and your last title reign STOP calling them former champs. the UFC does this in their announcements of the fighters- "the former UFC middleweight champion" ... there have been 7 title changes since that guy was middleweight champ over 5 years ago- HE's Not the Former champ because too much time has passed since he WAS the champ. stop giving everyone this champion credit.
so anytime you talk about him call david aruquette the former WCW world champion please.!

That's what he is and it can't be taken away. It's like a former President or a boxer, it's nothing to go crazy over.
