I think he knows what he means. He wouldn't choose NOT to marry a woman he loved because she was a pornstar. If he loved a woman, he'd marry her even if she was one.

It's a different sentence to "I would marry a pornstar" which could imply a desire to marry one, rather than just not "using being a pornstar" as a reason NOT to marry the lady. A double negative is not always superfluous language, and I think what he's written is fine.
