So not every set at Penthouse is after the surgery. There is this one before the enhancement, showing off how stunningly beautiful Veronika Zemanova is.

Either way regardless, she had a very good surgeon. So yes, she still has a great set of boobs.

Most times the very good plastic surgeons will not go under the boobs at all and not impact the nipples at all, but he'll go in under the armpits. Through the chest cavity under the muscle. If that happens, then there is no way to know. Those surgeons can get double for the procedure. If the normal breast enhancement surgery on average costs $10,000.00 he's going to get $17,500.00 minimum. They are that good.

From my perspective, this was a case of a choice between the better picture or the more attractive model.
As a picture, I actually prefer the color scheme and wider view of Afternoon Tryst.
However, Veronika's facial expression was the key difference maker that eventually won me over.

This was driving me crazy. I did some investigative work on this picture. From a different Penthouse based website. It is more of a tribute site to past Penthouse Pets and models who have posed nude in the magazine, such as Corrine Alphen, Cheryl Rixon, and Mindy Farrar among a few others. I use it occasionally when I want to find out more about the great Penthouse photographers, Earl Miller, Suze Randall, J. Stephen Hicks and of course, Bob Guccione, who was the founder of the magazine and who was also a great photographer in his own right.

The picture that I just put up (below) is the actual coloring as it appears this way in the entire set:

The picture of Veronika Zemanova that wmonbear put up is part of the "Lavender Lee" photo set... The photos were taken by J. Stephen Hicks on February 15, 2006. It is picture # 53 of 81 overall. Therefore this is a "natural" picture of Veronika Zemanova. Before her 2007 breast enhancement. Just that wmonbear's picture that he put up was way too orange. By the way, the set was there at Premium Link Upgrade . I just missed it.

Therefore, wmonbear's statement in post # 6097 is correct, 100% real. Sorry Harpsman. :( We'll get them next time. :) Although the Digital Desire pictures in my post # 6100 are after the enhancement. So that is correct.

Really depends on when J. Stephen Hicks shot that photoset for Penthouse. From 1997-2006 she was real. When she came back in 2007, that is very hard to say because post 2007 she wasn't natural. Her sets with Mac and Bumble and McNudes prove that. The pictures she shot for the Playboy Special Edition Magazines were before the enhancement. So you can really tell if she has had the surgery.

The bottom of the right breast on each Digital Desire picture (taken by J. Stephen Hicks) is laying flat not round. That means the implant is not sitting properly. It makes her right breast appear larger than the left. Though, in contrast, and to Veronika's benefit, now most times, one breast is larger than the other. It's a common occurrence. In the lower picture, you can also see slight scarring under the left breast.

I'd have to agree with Harpsman. Wmonbear's picture is probably taken post 2007. It's after the enhancement.

The first attachment (click to expand) shows Veronika before breast augmentation, the second clearly after.
In fact, throughout the 73-pic set from which the second picture originated, Veronika never fully reveals her right areola/nipple, as it's covered by
her hair in each pose. However, one shot near the end of the series reveals just enough to indicate the reason... it appears that the swelling from
her "enhancement" procedure had not sufficiently gone down, and therefore was not quite 'ready for prime time'.
