Why did you not add a frame to each of the pictures? I can't understand how that won over Initiation Ceremony. Same number of votes, more women and in colour. Ah well.

Quality over quantity. In my view, the model on the far right doesn't quite fit in with the other girls, e.g. hair (style and color), no stockings or lingerie, and fake tits.
Had it just been the other 3 models in the photo, the picture would've definitely gotten my vote. Sometimes less is more.

Regarding framing, photos are not framed for the actual matches, since picking the "wrong" frame for one or more of the contenders could unfairly skew the outcome.
It's a 'frame for fame' policy. i Only after a pic has been elevated to HOF status does it receive and is entitled to a customized frame.
