Only need 60 points out of 100 to pass too... that's just insane that you can miss 40 points.

In Canada you have to get less then 10 marks agaisnt you during your test or you fail. You get marks off for shit like waiting too long to turn, stopping too suddenly, and you fail automatically if you can't parallel park, go straight on a straight road even though you are in a turning lane, and other shit like that. I failed twice before getting mine. I always remember thinking "What if I fail like a hundred times and become famous and a laughing stock?"

Glad to know that, no matter how good/bad you are, there is someone always better/worse than you.

Yeah. I will give some mercy:

If you fail three to five times, given on what you did in order to fail, you have to wait anywhere from six months to one year before can take the test again. Of which, you are able to practice with a licensed instructor within that amount of time.

If you fail again in same manner, another year until can take it.

If third time happens it is probably a safe bet you should not be driving.

I failed mine the first time by a couple points (got like a 68 out of a 100) but my instructor passed me anyway. that was sweet. only way kids are gonna get their cherry's popped is to get behind the wheel and I think that was the way my instructor felt.

as far as this woman...sheesh, she should be banned at about 90 tries.
