Disregard my last question. Evidently that scene with the two black guys was just a couple of two-second shots where she's talking to her husband about it in a scene she does with him. I mean I don't really give a shit about their personal info, I would just like some basic clarification on roughly how much of this extramarital content they actually plan on releasing, how often, and whether it will ever be available via subscription or just sold by individual clips. Imagine if HBO decided to air some decade-old previously unpublished show from their production vault. But they released episodes one at a time at completely random, unannounced intervals, put them on a separate online store that charged per episode instead of a flat subscription rate, and gave their subscribers no explanation of what the show was, why it sat in a vault for ten years, when the next episode would air or even how many episodes were made in the first place. This kind of confused messaging is not exactly a great way to get people invested in your product.
i agree with your assessment, except to point out, that while an entity like HBO is beholden to numerous stakeholders, wifey and hubby hold all the leverage. but why they choose to abandon their "happy monogamous couple" persona, to reveal all these other antics, is probably just economics too.
all the teasing and trickle distribution is annoying, and they certainly seem to relish keeping fans on a string, but I guess hubby is kind of a control freak, so maybe its all his doing ? like ya say, who gives a crap about their personal info (although some fans love to stalk them on twitter), I'd just like to see more rhyme and reason as well to their content.
