They probably will do if they ever end up in court. I think on any legal issues you always use a persons full name so considering you had referenced convicted killers or those accused of doing so they are likely to use the full name, it simply means a lot of people have middle names which they don't allude to themselves but the authorities/media do when referencing them.

This is why. It's in the arrest and charging docs, that's the name that the press gets, and if it's particularly heinous they run the full name. The public hears the name that way from the start. Some notable exceptions include Dahmer, Bundy, Peterson. It's not like it's a rule, just a tendency.

Gavin Newsom may be a hypocritical entitled politician but George Gascon is outright vermin that needs to be stomped on. Gascon is the one who has empowered the criminals. Gascon is the one who makes the streets less safe for my wife to walk on. The voters are the real problem electing a guy they wanna kick out after a few months. I heard what George Gascon promised and chose Jackie Lacey instead. Recent history has shown I made the better choice.
