First of all, allow me to say that I was kidding about the :crying: in my last post. I knew you were joking...I hope? J/K
Anyway, I don't want to start a whole "thing" here, but, personally, I believe that having sex with someone just to get your rocks off is wrong. Let me also say that I don't think that people who do that are bad people and I wouldn't be friends with them (FYI - all of my friends do that), I'm just saying that I, myself, wouldn't do that. Personally, I respect the intimacy and emotions involved with sex whether I am in a relationship or not. The problem I have with it is that people who casually have sex are usually huuuuuuge hypocrites. Here is my personal problem with it...
Most people who have casual sex (AKA - sex with no strings attached) have a very similar reason as to why they do it. Whatever their reason may be, it always ends with something like, "What's the big deal? It's just sex."
But, when that person is in a relationship, it all of a sudden becomes more than "just sex"...
(This is not directed towards anyone in particular)
Let's say that you have a boyfriend/girlfriend. Now, let's say that your boyfriend/girlfriend went out to a bar one night, met somebody and had sex with them (no strings attached), came home to you and told you what happened. Would you be ok with it? No, you wouldn't be. You would get angry as hell, you would probably cry a lot and you would end the relationship, all because your boyfriend/girlfriend had sex with somebody else. But, why get mad? According to you, it's "just sex"...right? :dunno:
It's almost as if sex, to most people, only "means something" if you're in a relationship. No...sex is not "just sex"...it's an amazingly intimate and beautiful way to express your love for someone and it shouldn't be tossed around like a football.
Personally, I respect the act of sex no matter what. It doesn't matter if I'm in a relationship or not, I'm not going to just go out and get my rocks off, all while using someone else's body and emotions for my selfish pleasure. But, that's just me. Like I said, I don't think people who do that are terrible people...I just don't do it myself and I wouldn't get into a relationship with somebody who did.

People are hypocrites, no doubt there. But I'm sure you'll agree that there is a time and place for it though, and try not to be blatantly hypocritical. We're all hypocrites in way or another, but there are those who won't admit being hypocrites. I'm a hypocrite I admit, but I try not to make it a habit. Also like what Chef said, I mean no disrespect to anyone here, just stating my opinion.
