Talking about overrated: Gwyneth Paltrow comes to my mind. But then again - haven't heard much of her recently so I cant't call her overrated. But I remember the hype when she got the Oscar and really didn't understand what was so special about her. And the song she recorded with Huey Lewis was shit!

I also think that most of the participants/winners of the American-Idol-shows and so on (I can only talk about the German shows and there are much too many of them) are overrated. But I wouldn't even call them celebrities...

I can't speak for anybody else, but I was not rating these women on their abilities to act and sing. Britney, for example, is a medicore singer at best, and I would not rate her as being a bad musician since I don't even consider to be a musician. But on the babe rating, I think she delivers, so she's not overrated IMO.

Georges & Scorp: I don't understand what you mean by the playmates being overrated. Are you comparing them to women that do hardcore? If u are, then every softcore model is overrated. Personally, I feel there are several adjectives beginning with "over-" that apply to Jenny from the Block: overhyped, overexposed, overpublicized, and yes, even overrated. If all the tabloid nonsense died down, I'd still find her overrated, simply because I don't think she's that attractive. Certainly not significantly better looking than many other singer/actress/models. She has a pleasant (but not especially memorable) face and nice skin, but an absurdly pear-shaped body. Ridiculously huge ass, which looks even more out of proportion considering her relatively flat chest.
