I am tempted to say it's Olivia O'lovely. But I relaly can't tell. It looks like she has another tattoo that her hair is covering up, and Olivia has one too, but I can't be 100% from that gif...:dunno: Looks like Olivia's jiggly ass though, and her body, hair color...hmm.
